  1. “You cannot be too gentle, too kind.
Shun even to appear harsh in your treatment of each other.
Joy, radiant joy, streams from the face of him who gives and kindles joy in the heart of him who receives.
All condemnation is from the evil one.
    Never condemn each other…
Instead of condemning others, strive to reach inner peace.
Keep silent, refrain from judgment. This will raise you above the deadly arrows of slander, insult, and outrage and will shield your glowing hearts against all evil.”

    Saint Seraphim of Sarov

This is one of my current favourite sayings and think there are some things in it which could be applied to this topic. Just a thought. 🙂

This week I came across the CreateDebate website. I came across the debate “Jesus Christ: Fact or Fiction?” and was a little dismayed at the response.

Of course, these debate results reflect only the thinking of those who know the website exists AND decide to chime in on the debate. But it is interesting to read the arguments.

I added my 2 cents (as lldoolj2) but wanted to alert you to this debate — it may not be worth responding to, but, again, the ideas offered by both sides are interesting to read.
